Ahhh! Steam Problem Game Not Updating:

So, you start your Steam today for playing and found some of your beloved games require an update. No problem, you will think - it requires a just a push of a button and it will update automatically, however since you have enabled auto-update the game should have been updated automatically but it's not... Now, There are simple 2 tips which work 100 %, if you have not changed any settings in your computer or router, these 2 tips will work and put you out of stuck misery!

1st:   

• Go in Stem > Downloads > Clear Download cache button.

• Hit that button and clear the cache.

• The stem will restart and log into steam again.

2nd: 

• Now go to again Stem > Downloads> Download Region.

• From the Dropbox change the Download region to any other region.

• Hit OK button

By doing this it is highly likely that the game will start downloading and updating just like before. 👍

However, if changing the download region to other region did not give any results for the 1st time, then try changing to different regions and keep on changing till your download won't start.

Guys, this is the only solution to update a game if it is stuck on update mode. Many times due to some regional servers problem, the steam unable to communicate to servers and due to this, the game update stops. By changing the servers to different region Steam can communicate and can update the games.
